In a pressure cooker, add oil, onion and all the whole spices. Saute until onion is soft. <br /><br />2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few minutes. <br /><br />3. Add meat and salt and cook on high heat until the smell of meat is gone 10-12 minutes. <br /><br />4. Add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 4 whistles until the meat is fully cooked. Relase the pressure and check the meat. <br /><br />5. Blend together the ingredients of the paste (yogurt, paprika, turmeric and coriander powder cumin powder and fried onions), add and mix well. <br /><br />6. Allow to cook for 10-15 minutes until the yogurt is cooked and oil rises to the top. <br /><br />7. Garnish with fresh coriander and chilies and enjoy with naan or roti.
